I've been going to ING Martial Arts for Tai Chi and personal training for 4 years. A big part of why I chose to study/work with him was because of his knowledge of kinesiology. Many of my past injuries were due to instructors that allowed for improper body mechanics. Craig is passionate about what he does and how he teaches. I wish more teachers were like him.

Really like this place. We take our 7 year old there for karate, and he really enjoys it. He loves it because he gets personal attention from the sensei.
