Jazzercise provides a full body 60 minute workout - strength, cardio, and stretching. The instructors are the best - making the hour fly by and the students are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The owner is fantastic - providing excellent service to her customers. I highly recommend joining this group.

Wow, that is quite a workout! I went to a class for an event that the Schaumburg Business Association had and never realized how much of a work out Jazzercise is! The instructor had high energy and it's a really nice facility.
