I love working out here is a nice gym, however, my two starts go towards the cleanliness of this facility. The ladies bathroom are usually dirty , they smell bad because they are not clean as much. The disposal boxes for tampons are always full they are coming out of the box. Sometimes is difficult to find disinfectant spray in my workout area and not as clean as it was before. Is expensive, so please keep it clean for us.

Lifetime's are just okay now. how is it that picklball gets a dedicated court, but everyone else has to share the other court between bball, volleyball, kids events and summer camp? Yet they keep going up on costs? Not worth it anymore too many other options

when I went for work out. unfortunately no one was able to help out. Apart from that one of the crew member " Patti Altamimi" was unprofessional and she was very negatively behaving towards my family. Also she is fully dicrimating lady. I request to the senior staff take care of that " Patti" and apologize with my whole family.Thanks.

I originally went to planet fitness and my friend told me about this gym and it’s a big change. I love the environment here and so many more machines then planet fitness! It’s a lot more expensive but definitely worth it!

I originally went to planet fitness and my friend told me about this gym. It’s a big change! You have a lot more machines here and everyone is super friendly. It’s more expensive than planet fitness but worth it. And if you decide to go for a personal trainer go to Troy! He’s amazing and will help you achieve the goal you want.

Not only is this gym overcrowded. A staff member of this gym that sees me here many times with my kids and boyfriend went out of her way to message my boyfriend on social media to ask him on a date. And admitted to seeing him around the gym with us.He’s My now ex boyfriend & only came to this gym WITH me. So she clearly knew he was in a relationship.V and her father both work for lifetime.I can’t make this stuff up. Lol

The gym is expensive for what it offers. The hours are way too short. Closed at 10pm? C’mon now. Basketball court is reserved for some activity/ kids’ camps all the time. Rock climbing wall is hardly ever open. There are very few group classes and they are scheduled early in the day.The no cellphone photography/videography in the men’s locker room is not enforced at all. Every time you go in there, guys are having conversations including FaceTime, dudes are taking mirror pics flexing, etc. There’s no respect for privacy and the employees do nothing about it.If you leave something behind in the gym by accident, good luck getting it back. Lost and found doesn’t seem to work. It’s basically a soccer mom, place to take the kids gym with poor hours. If it were open longer, had more classes that you could actually go to after work, you could actually use all the facilities (the push for pay-to-play pickleball is weird, too), had privacy in the locker rooms, and were more affordable, it could be a much better gym.

My experience is pretty good. It would be nice if the drinking fountains by the indoor pool area were updated. Both fountains are rusty and the water never gets cold. Not pleasant at all.

Definitely not worth the membership costs. Almost all the equipment for strength training needs to be replaced and need to add more within the empty space. Literally has one strength training machine for each work out and they're old and musty. Even some of the cardio equipment is old and should be replaced since the membership dues are so expensive. Just saw the basketball court memo where it's closed for guests several hours of the day. You should probably discount your membership if you're not going to be open 24 hours and take away different parts of the gym to get additional revenue at the expense of your guests time. At this point I would not recommend anyone to join. Maybe 20 years ago at $60 a month this would have been a good deal since everything was new. Now it's double the price for less hours and equipment that's 10 to 20 years old.
