Orange Theory Fitness is a new experience, I would definitely suggest people to try if they want moderation in their workouts and experience a great group class.

Orange has been very very good to me. Regardless of the theory part, it's a good workout and having a coach motivates me to go (and do more than loaf). Not cheap but well worth the money. If you're injured or older you can sand bag it …

Orange theory has worked wonders for my health. My fitness has improved a lot, earlier I couldn't even run properly for 100-200 meters and i would start breathing heavily but now I can easily run 2 miles plus and I hardly feel tired. The best thing is now after the workout session, my body recovers pretty quickly which wasn't the case earlier. I would certainly recommend it.

I was skeptical about Orange Theory because the people who I know who went there act like it's a cult--what goes on at OTF is a source of constant conversation. However, you don't have to be cultish to love the workouts, to love the coaches and the staff who work there. First, during COVID, they did their darnedest to keep us moving. I was forever grateful for the coaches who let us into their home via Zoom as they kept us working out. Second, as someone who never knows what to do with weights, I am grateful that each workout features a section on the floor, where I'm able to build muscle along with cardio--and get my form corrected so I'm actually getting the benefit of the exercise. Third, I appreciate the encouragement of the people in my classes and the coaches. The people there are friendly, clap for you, tell you good job and just overall create a really supportive atmosphere. I am not a morning person, but going to OTF gets me out of bed and moving early and I'm always glad I did.

OTF Schaumburg is the best place to workout!! The coaches are awesome at motivating you to keep pushing. The workouts are always different. Which is key to seeing results. You go there and you concentrate so your stress just melts away. You come out feeling accomplished!! They make it easy to keep coming back for more!!!

LOVE OTF. It keeps you moving and everyday has a new challenge. The workout structure is the same; tread, row, floor but every workout from day to day is different. It keeps you on your toes and helps you push yourself. This location is so clean and the coaches are the best. The staff always makes you feel warm and greeted. This is the first place that everyone greets you by name and it's the small things like that, that stands out. No matter your size, fitness level, abilities- OTF provides a safe, enjoyable environment will music, atmosphere, and an overall positive experience to get you to your goals.

So far, I love that it's NEVER boring. The class is structured... but you never know what you're going to do that day. I'm in my 60s, and I love that I can workout at my own pace...I was really worried about trying to keep up with "thecool kids" - it's nothing like that here! The coaches are extremely positive and helpful and create an atmosphere that makes me feel I can fly!

It was so discouraging today, got late by 7 minutes for OTF class due to bad snow storm weather and heavy traffic, they did not make the weather exception and did not let me in. …
