The owner of this gym needs to stop being so damn cheap! Broken machines, cables, pads torn and falling apart, no staff on the weekends and can't kept staff employed. Spend some money to fix the gym and pay the employees more to obtain and retain staff. This place is a revolving door of employees and managers. Quit being cheap!! Make some changes!

No employees on site bathroom disgustingly dirty , weights not racked and on the floor. Been a black card member for many many years and I really hate to write this review. Came in at 3:30 AM and no one was at the counter did a two hour work out and never seen anyone who works there on site. It appeared to be unmanned . Being a guest member, you would expect employees while the business is open. It is unsafe to have a gym open with nobody to monitor the door or in case there's a health emergency . This opens up planet fitness to a large liability, if something did happen . Prior to leaving. I did do a quick check for anyone. When I left, there was zero people and employees in the business. Again I am sorry that I'm writing this, but hopefully corporate can see it.9/6/23Thank you for responding, but why would it be up to me to contact the manager? That will be your job correct to make everyone safe and have employees on staff during open business hours. That isn't my job.

What is going on? From run down equipment to dusty walls and dirty bathroom! I stopped in to tan and do a quick massage and while laying down I could see how dusty and dirty the walls were and the tanning stand up booth was disgusting I don’t even want to know what is on that plexiglass or floor ! This is what happens when you don’t have a cleaning crew and just expect these teenage kids they hire to do all the work!
