Friendly and helpful staff. Nice machines and plenty to choose from. Multiple workout areas with many options and different machines with comfort level adjustments. Great place to start your New Years resolution!!

This is my hometown location always clean and the staff is very friendly and polite .Even though it’s not as big as others but still I always come here to workout has everything you need !! You don’t have to wait for the machines to be freed .

This location locks it doors 35 mins prior to closing. Stop shorting your customer's access hours.Update and its still the same 2 females locking the doors at 30 mins before closing.Stop ripping off your customers by closing your gym 30 mins before your operating hours show

Amazing gym overall! Always very clean and the staff and management are top notch! Can't forget the trainer; very knowledgeable and is always very motivating! Couldn't ask for a better gym experience!
