Mikey, Aubrey & Andy are the best! They keep me motivated even when it’s been a rough day. Never thought I would look forward to working out but I do and get disappointed when I need to skip a session. Thanks the these guys I am in the best shape of my life both physically and mentally.

I have been going to the Exercise Coach for about twelve weeks now. We always start on time. My coach, Shawn, watches my every move to be sure my form is correct. Shawn explains each exercise and what muscles are being used.I’m seeing positive results and will continue to go there.

I love this place! The trainers are great. They are very professional and push you just the right amount. After years of running and taking classes at other gyms, I realized that I was not getting the body that I wanted. Now I have lost weight and gained muscle. I can feel that I am getting stronger and I can see the changes in my body.

My experience at the Exercise Coach in Schaumburg, Illinois has been life changing. After a sports injury, I worked my way through proactive physical therapy and then graduated to the Exercise Coach. My personal trainers (I had two in particular) are sensitive to my physical potentials and my long term goals (this is a marathon of healthy living...not a sprint). I highly recommend, and have, to anyone who is serious about their strength which can be attained through the Exercise Coach approach.

Loving this place to exercise at twice a week. Super personable and friendly staff! The one-on-one training is nice because you feel like you are getting your money's worth in such a short time. In the beginning, I was sore until my next session, but now my recovery is faster and my strength is increasing. Definitely a great place to get mentally ready to restarting a consistent workout routine! Thanks guys!
