I have been seeing Hannah Rodheim for Acupuncture treatment for a few weeks now and she had helped me immensely with my vertigo & migraines. I was in a really dark place and she helped me see the light 💛 the herbal supplements have made a huge difference as well! Would recommend to anybody that is seeking holistic care!! …

I have been going to TriBalance for over 15 years now, and in my experience this is the best yoga place in the Chicago land area!!! It has a very spiritual and earthy vibe, rooms are spacious and clean, classes are designed well, and instructors demonstrate yogic living in their messages and way of teaching. It's a place that gives me peace and helps me keep my mind and body healthy!!

My wife and I have been going to Tribalance for many years, on the regular, and bottom line, it's an amazing place where the owner, teachers and the staff truly care for their customers. I can't speak for other people's experience, but as for ours, all I can say is that It's not every day one finds a place that becomes family.

Great classes! The instructors do vary and maybe a brief description of each instructors teaching style would be helpful as I know some people prefer some styles over others. Some incorporate more ab work and exercise into the yoga classes than others. Overall great studio

Joy is truly Awesome. I am so HAPPY that I am taking her beginners yoga class. It is a life style change. It is amazing for my Mind, Body and Soul. Never the same routine..she brings something special and new to every class. When I leave her class I feel like a new person.

RUDE and RACIST STAFFI will not recommend to join this place due to rude and racist staff …I have enrolled into Tribalance 3 days ago for Hot Yoga classes. Today when I went for the 12 pm class the staff would not let me in saying I was late by 10 min and asked me to come back later in the evening for next class. I tried reason with them explaining that I am not able to come back and I do understand that I was late and will try to be more punctual in the future. But the woman at checkin counter did not let me in, even when your printed brochure has 15 min grace period. When I was at the office on time yesterday she was on the call for 10 min and did not check me in, I was waiting for her to get off the phone so she can check me in to the class. I had told her earlier also that I have medical reasons and therefore have scheduled to join this class as it works best with my scheduleInfact the same woman gave me wrong information previously when I had gone to enquire about Hot Yoga and mentioned that I am going through Menopause, she told me to not go for Hot Yoga as it may cause more issue and instead I should try acupuncture. When I was on time yesterday I still saw people walking in after the class has begun, this is clearly a racial profiling and discremination by your staff against me and its not that I am coming in for free. I am a paying customer. But the staff clearly made me feel unwelcome because of my race.I had a very distressing experience and definitely did not leave a good. I will not recommend anyone to try this place.

I’ve been going to this studio for about 6/7 years it’s the only place I feel deserves 5+Stars. From the cleanliness to the quality of the teachers. Joy and Joe are by far my favorite teachers although all of the teachers have very high quality performances. This yoga studio has had me laughing, crying and zenning out when I’ve needed it the most. The crew here is beyond the best in the Chicagoland area. I would drive over 45 min each way to get to this studio. Thank you Tribalance for always helping me to produce the best version of me ✨🙌🏼

Its a very calm and soothing place. I went there for hot yoga and it was good but very toughI felt that the class was a little too crowded and the instructors volume was low, but still overall a great experience.Your first class is free. So everyone should try it at least. They do not have any disposable cups to drink water so do carry your own water bottles.
