So I had the worst ever and best ever massage in my life. First I had the worst, and I've had a lot of massages. They really souldn't have the person working there. I brought up my concerns and they made it right and I got a discount on a re-booked massage. I re-scheduled with Kali, who did the best massage ever. They treated me right, as a result I will definitely return.

Im ok with some of the staff and then im not i don't appreciate this one particular staff member named ryan hegger he is very rude and threatening towards me and i dont appreciate his bulling and hostile as well its very rude and strange and i dont appreciate being intimidated buy this individual and his friend's as well. I also do not like some of the female staff they always give me harsh stares and make rude comments about me and my family which i dont pay 600 dollars a month for. Thank you for your terrible service i wont be back that is not how you treat people or your consumers very disappointed and discussed as well.

I hope they get a new activities director instead of Shelly. Someone more customer service oriented and polite would be refreshing. Members that pay high fees and high extra fees for everything love having things worked out courteously and with grace. If you bite your customers in the A$$, they will take their $$$ elsewhere.

I called and asked for a day pass cost. They said $20 over the phone.I arrived and they wanted $35. I asked for clarity and they said $20 is only for guests w a member. They couldn’t have said this over the phone?

Excellent gym. They always treat members extremely well and the events and kids club are first class. Good for family time, working out, hitting the steam room, or relaxing in the lounge bar!
