This was my first time to the Scottsdale location. The front desk gentleman was happy, friendly and very helpful.I took my grandson to the kids area and the lady working was also happy and joking around with him.The fitness area was clean.I will definitely come back to this location!

Had a few questions about the facility and where certain machines were and the manager was very helpful and walked me around the gym and pointed out exactly where everything I was looking for was. Gym was very clean and staff was extremely helpful!

I had a pleasant experience at this gym overall when it came to classes and childcare and floor plan (they even have a smoothie bar which was wonderful). However, I am very frustrated that when I canceled because moving out of state they continued to bill me for 3 months! Each month I’d call and speak to a manager and they’d say they will get it taken care of but then I’d get billed again! I finally had to escalate to my bank and then got Mountain sides attention so they were able to help me but it took a lot of work. I know a lot of gyms do this kind of thing but I was hoping they wouldn’t because other than the billing issues they seemed like a good gym.
