I've joined numerous group fitness classes over the last 10 years, along with strength training on my own 3-4 times a week. I initially joined Demco when I hit a plateau and lost motivation. The semi-private training with Sonja and Ro exceeded my expectations. I love that they create a personalized program based on your goals. They paid close attention to my form and gave me tips that made the biggest difference in my strength training. It made me realize I've been working out the wrong way my whole life! I'm the strongest I've ever been now and I'm closer to my goals of how I want to look aesthetically. Additionally, Demco is such a supportive, fun, and non-intimating community. I really looked forward to coming to each session because starting my mornings here made my day 10 times better. I'm forever grateful I found Demco on google, and for everything Sonja and Ro has taught me!

Recommend Demco fitness to all fitness levels.I’ve been working out at Demco from March of this year and it’s been wonderful. Group Fitness sessions with Roland have been super beneficial. The training programs they design are versatile and compatible. Roland and Sonja pay good attention to your capabilities, scaling and customising the workouts(in a group session) to help you get the most of the session.Personally, after 7 months, I have better core and stronger upper body.For the first time I have stayed/survived in a gym for more than 3 months without quitting because of an injury or lack of motivation says a lot.

I’ve been training at Demco Fitness for just over 7 months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far. Roland, Sonja and Brendan are incredibly invested in helping you make progress and are a constant source of positive reinforcement to keep you motivated. They paid close attention to my form and movements during my early days to optimize my workouts and more importantly, to keep me injury-free. Overall I feel a whole lot stronger and more confident in my ability to push myself even further. Highly recommend you check this gym out!
