The workout wasn’t bad! If you’re in it for the cardio and not worried about form when it comes to weight lifting, this is your place. Community is not a priority (even though they’ll tell you it is). And if you’re unsure after your trial, they’ll relentlessly call you every weekday. I’m rating it low because it’s not worth the price tag, in my opinion. You’re not developing skills other than learning to stick to the treadmill for 20 minutes if you can’t on your own. If they’d stop spamming my voicemail, I’d give them a 3 out of 5.

A place to get a good workout and break a sweat! I wish they had better ventilation and windows to let in more sunlight.

Great staff, coaches, and a nice, clean gym. Folks staffing the front desk are super friendly and helpful. The coaches are great in Capitol Hill. They each bring different styles of music and coaching styles to OTF.
