Amazing gym! Great instructors—they're super friendly and really great at teaching. Other members of the gym are also awesome and fun to be around, very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely would recommend this place whether you've never punched anything in your life or if you're a seasoned veteran!

Great Staff, the courtesy and respect shown to all whom come to train whether beginner or advanced is great to see. I feel right at home training here and trust the staff to train my son and myself. This is the place for a work out, cardio, or some true boxing training.

Love this place so much. The UW boxing team trains here, so right away it feels legit, positive, and classy in there, yet it also somehow remains comfortable and laid back. There's even a really cute and friendly dog running around the …

As much as I would love to keep this place to myself , doing so would cheat others from having the experience I have had during my first two visits. The place is very clean, well maintained, and open. As nice as that is,the presentation …

Love this gym! Very welcoming for beginners. I’ve wanted to start boxing for years now and this is the only place that has stuck for me. Great staff, decent prices for the coaching

Great gym that’s accommodating for newbies and more experienced boxers. Wrist straps and gloves are provided and well maintained. The standard classes only include sparring if you’re comfortable, don’t stress it.

Absolutely love this gym! Owners, Chloe & Russell, are very supportive and welcome to boxers of all skill levels. First class was free, great 1 hour classes that have my shirt drenched in sweat; each class is different and the 2 minute bell keeps the class moving and provides a variety of workouts in that hour. Location is great and the name of the gym is a one of a kind!

Just attended my second class. I was nervous at first, knowing nothing about boxing, but Russell is awesome and is such a positive and passionate instructor. On top of that, the other gym members were supportive and super friendly, making both visits seem less like a workout and more like a fun way to spend an evening. I purchased a 10 class pass and look forward to improving!
