Fuelhouse is awesome. Working with Jeff Sokol for private training and attending just a few of the classes has transformed my body and enabled me to enjoy my hobbies and activities a tremendous amount more. I simply feel good since beginning about 7 months ago. I recommend connecting with fuelhouse you won't regret it. My daughter is truly enjoying her sessions with Hayley also.

Been a member for 2+ years. Great coaches, fantastic facility and amazing programming. I am primarily a runner and the addition of the strength workouts here helped me get to a sub 3 hour marathon and qualify for Boston. On top of that, the community they have built is second to none. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a part of the fuelhouse family in various capacities since (almost) the beginning! I feel so honored to have played a part in building the community, but now that I’ve moved away I’ve been especially impressed by how the fuelhouse team and membership have handled the challenges of Covid and having to shift to online and back multiple times. Their programming has remained accessible to all and the ability to hop on for live or recorded classes has helped me stay sane especially as the weather got worse and I was stuck inside. Whether remote or live the coaching is truly unmatched and I feel cared for in every session. If I lived in Seattle I’d be back there in a heartbeat.

I have loved my time working out at FH! The coaches and team make sure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable. If you are looking for a new gym, I would highly reccomend giving FH a try!

It's almost impossible to run a gym that can help super competitive athletes alongside those who are just trying to be healthy and move, let alone do it well. But Molly and crew have done it, and done it in a way that makes you happy about it. Thanks for being such a great gym and community!

I need to start with the fact that before I became a member at FuelHouse, I was NOT a big gym person. Most of my anti-gym feelings had to do with being intimidated by the equipment, feeling lost in the movements, worrying I was going to hurt myself, and the just people in general. BUT, thankfully a friend introduced me to the coaches and community at FuelHouse and all of those feelings changed completely. The FH Coaches: 100% committed to making sure you are safe, that you are comfortable with the movements and equipment, and that you're pushing yourself to achieve your goals (big or small). The FH Community: emphasis on COMMUNITY. This is a crew of strong, kind, humble humans who support each other not just on workouts, but in life.Because of FuelHouse, I better understand that getting strong is about so much more than lifting weights - it's about being strong mentally, emotionally, AND physically. This has been abundantly evident during Covid as the Coaches pivoted to bring their programming online/virtual and then picked up the phone and started checking in with everyone. Molly, the owner, schedules virtual coffee talks with the community just to listen and connect. And the community routinely comes together to work hard and then play hard through virtual game nights and happy hours.Becoming a member at FuelHouse is about more than joining a gym - it's about joining a community of humans who will help you become an all around better version of yourself.

This is EASILY the best gym I've ever been to. No questions asked. The monstrous upgrades I've made in my form, strength, fitness, and overall health are immeasurable and it's all thanks to the amazing people at FUELHouse. It's also one of the most welcoming communities I've ever seen. No one has an ego, and you will feel at home within seconds of being in the community.Whether you're brand new to the world of strength and fitness, or have a ton of experience and want to perfect your form and hit some serious PRs, this is the place.

Fuelhouse is more than a gym... it's an inspirational fitness community. It doesn't matter what level of experience you have, the coaches at Fuelhouse are incredible at meeting you where you are and helping you achieve your goals. For me personally, the combination of classes and personal training are an awesome mix to refine my techniques and make gains, even in the crazy times of COVID.

Listen, I've been to a lot of different types of gyms in Seattle over the years (Crossfit, Oly-lifting, Pilates, spinning, boxing, you name it...). I have never found a community that has more fun while #GSD than Fuelhouse. I am stronger and more fit than I ever anticipated, and - BONUS - the coaches and members REALLY DO care about each other. I never thought I'd look forward to working out so much! The social accountability and support network really sets this place apart from everyone else. Everyone is ready to support you in whatever goals you have - whether they are nutrition, strength, mobility, or some combination thereof. Injured or have special requirements? Great, the coaches are always ready with modifications!Even during COVID, the coaches have really pivoted to make this place super safe and welcoming, and all the members have pitched in to make sure we were following protocols so nobody got sick and they could remain open. I 110% recommend becoming a part of the Fuelhouse family!

I've been going to FUELHouse for 3 years and it has changed my life for the better in SO MANY unanticipated ways! I had never stepped foot in a gym prior to starting here, and was beyond terrified when I signed up initially. Frankly, it was a last resort upon facing the consequences that transitioning from life on a farm to becoming a desk-person with a full time office job had imparted on my body and my mind. Now I love the gym and going to class has been the best part of many days, especially this year! Molly and the FUELHouse crew have done a fabulous job rolling with the myriad of punches 2020 has thrown their way, and they are accepting virtual members right now!If you're like me (shy, camera-avoidant, comfortable in a seated position, etc.), attending virtual Zoom workout classes potentially sounds pretty wretched. However, I can attest that the format has been keeping me accountable and, more importantly, keeping me moving and (relatively) sane during the pandemic. The FUELHouse team is comprised of compassionate, hilarious and all around badass human beings who prioritize connection and their members' well being. If you've been looking for something to do to stay active and connect with new and awesome people despite being shut in your abode, I cannot recommend booking a free no sweat intro with one of their coaches highly enough! If you are reading this and NOT locked inside of your home, YAY! I am so glad we made it out of 2020. And you should STILL book an appointment at FUELHouse! It really is the best!
