Have been going here for the past 3 years and love it. Always able to get a great workout in. Corbin, Alaina, and Jenna are great coaches that help push you during the workouts

This poor review is for THIS specific location only. I have been a member with OTF for almost 1 year now. I’ve gone to classes at difficult locations all over the country. I have ALWAYS had a favorable experience with each and every location except this one. This was the first time I was visiting this location and, as per usual, I knew I would need to fill out paperwork and give them a card to put on file. The class was booked for 5:15pm on a Thursday. I left work early to make sure I would make it on time to the class but there was massive traffic and road work which delayed me. I did still happen to make it right at 5:20pm which is at that 5 minute mark they allow you to make it. I have unfortunately had to do this a few times at other locations and I’ve never had an issue. I was always told that as long as I make it at the 5min mark I would be okay. When I walk in, a woman at the front desk by the name of BRYONY decided that wasn’t good enough today. So she refused to let me in class. She proceeded to argue with me instead of just letting me sign the paper and run in. I quickly realized that she could care less about me and what it took for me to make it to class that day (the only reason I went was because I wanted to see coach Julia who is fantastic). She did not one apologize or offer any level of proper customer service (I work in healthcare so I know a thing or 2 about good customer service), it’s like she gained commission off of people not making it to class or something. She was so cold and had a very I don’t care attitude about my situation. I’ve NEVER had somebody treat me the way she did at any other location before and I was so upset I just left. I know that I’ll NEVER come back to this location and that I’ll never recommend it to anyone simply because of her carefree and irritating demeanor. There were so many other ways she could have handled this and she chose to be a B-word instead. This woman is highly confrontational and I can only hope the owner sees this review and offers her some formal training on how to handle customers better. I am so disappointed, for $200+ a month, I expect much better care than this.

A great place to exercise! It’s the first place that has motivated me to work out in a long time. My favorite OTF in the Seattle area.

Horrible gym ever with poor client management. After I froze my account last year, I’ve been charged for 6 months without noticing. So basically charged for 720 dollars without using the gym at all. When I first signed up, my card was billed wrong…..

Hate their cancellation policy which requires customers to give you a notice of cancellation at least before one billing cycle which would mean that you may have to pay for one more month if you decide to cancel after your billing cycle. I have never seen such harsh policy in any other fitness studio or gymThey do not even offer prorated cancellation that would require at max 30 days of noticeAccording to me this memberships should be cancellable anytime before billing cycle

I just tried my first class here today and loved it! Becca and Lauren were fantastic and they were a big reason I decided to get the membership. They were super helpful and open to all of my questions! This workout class is amazing if you love running or want to get into it and the coach is very invested in your progress. Corbin was my coach today and he was great. Would definitely recommend!

Loved it at the beginning and coaches are great. However I was recently diagnosed with a medical condition and have multiple doctors telling me not to exercise. I cancelled my membership and have been asking for a refund for the month since I can’t go. The manager won’t do anything about it.

Pretty great workout place. You are just focusing on all round body movement and an immature at working out then this is the place. Working under the orange lights is amazing. The staff is great. The coaches are well trained. They help you with an alternative in case you find any exercise difficult or any limitation.

Great place for HIIT workouts on the treadmill with just enough weight lifting to feel some upper body work. The improvement in my heart rate recovery is outstanding in just a couple months. Definitely recommended!
