I still love this place! The workouts are 1 hour, full body plus cardio. I reserve my space and show up. I love the ease and effectiveness. The heart rate monitor provides an excellent way to track your progress all the way thought the workout. The coaches are there to guide but you can choose to go at your own pace if you want to. The coaches and front desk staff are always on point and friendly. I am not self motivated to work out on my own. I need to be held accountable and thrive on class and coach energy. This is one of the only fitness routines I have stuck to. I really can’t say enough great things about Orangetheory.

I really enjoy the structure of the OT workouts — breaking up an hour-long workout into three distinct parts makes it much more enjoyable and the time flies by. I like the fact that the regimens for rowing/tread/floor are variable and change each time I go, it keeps me engaged. The group class aspect (and moving through the three parts of the workout in smaller groups), along with the visible HR zones on the screens, maintain my motivation but also allow me to ease back if I need to. I’ve only had class with one coach thus far, who I’ve really enjoyed, but I’m sure the other coaches are just as welcoming and I’m looking forward to working out with them. All the staff at the Capitol Hill location have been really friendly and helpful, and everyone there seems very nonjudgmental, which I massively appreciate as a beginner.

Great workouts, fun and enthusiastic coaches all wrapped up In an hour class. Perfect for the person that has a busy life and can’t wander around a gym trying to figure out what machine to use next! OTF for the win!!!

I just had the worst experience here. I signed up for an intro class in order to see if I would like the place and was 15 minutes early instead of the required 30 minutes, so even though I only got six hours of sleep in order to get there, …

OTF has been a great channel to get me back into shape and meet my health goals. The team at my home studio are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely encouraging. The flexibility of being able to access any studio in the States really works for my lifestyle and will keep me accountable during my busy work travels. Thanks OTF and a special thanks to the Capitol Hill Seattle team...you all rock!

I absolutely love OTF and it is a part of my workout fitness goals. I have become stringer and healthier then just going to a regular gym. I look group fitness and feel like the instructors encourage and push you to do your best!

The team at Orange Theory - Capitol Hill is the best! When I first joined OTF, my only goal was to workout every day. I wasn't motivated by weight loss, or training for a fitness event. I wanted a supportive studio environment where I could break a sweat and get a little exercise. Since starting, I have achieved this goal and accomplished so much more. These days, I consider working out part of my daily routine. It's a powerful habit I have built over time with support and encouragement from the OTF - Capitol Hill team and members. I find myself setting personal goals each week (run, don't walk on the tread; accomplish personal bests, complete Hell Week etc.) and the coaches always seem to know when I am in need of a little added "push." Thank you!
