The staff are really patient and nice with newcomers. They're knowledgeable about the workout, how to talk to all kinds, and about the packages and pricing options. I'm excited about it!

Signed up online, had email confirmation for our first class and showed up early. Not only were we not on the list for the class but when asked if we could wait to see if anyone no showed, were told we had to be 30 minutes early and could not be accommodated. Terrible customer service.

I left the country and called to cancel my membership.I have never witnessed this level of poor customer service to process a cancellation by the orange theory employeeDue to the matter going up and down within different employees ,without any intimation to me, please be advised that all this has caused exceptional level of discomfort.Orangetheory has shown no compassion and just throwing legal terms to justify why the amount charged. Airlines and other companies reverse their fees given the medical emergency in the family. Please use a different fitness studio they are just a money making corporation. The studio manager and all the employees of Orangetheory showed indifference and extreme level of coldness towards my situation.

Classes are challenging, yet accessible. Even if you're hurt or sore, you can make an Orangetheory workout work hard for you. And the coaches are great at pushing you to be your best every day.

I loved this class - it combines the three things that I love doing: rowing, running, and weight exercises. The pace is unbeatable. You are going, going, going from the minute you step in to the studio to the minute you step out.The coaching is great, the music is amazing, and for someone like me (who has a bit of a competitive streak) it's great to be around other people, but still competing just with myself.

I don’t normally enjoy working out, but the instructors and the overall energy of orange theory has me excited to go to class every time! It is a highly supportive and encouraging atmosphere and the variance from class to class keeps it interesting!! I’ve had great results and feel so much stronger! Love OTF!

Great instructors, easy and streamlined check in process! I love the workouts here and feel like I’m really maximizing the hour workout. With my schedule I don’t have hours to go to the gym so I need a workout that fits my lifestyle and Orangetheory does that perfectly!

I canceled on October 23rd, in person, because I lost my job. They have continued to take money out in November, December and January. I will never be a member of a club where I don't have power to control my own membership. It's already a pain in the ass to have to cancel IN PERSON. I jumped through the hoops and I'm still 300+ in the hole.

Good variety, fast-paced and intense, but customizable (I was able to dial it down while recovering from an injury and still had a great,,fun, and safe workout!)
