Great gym, excellent staff. Machines are all in great condition. Never have to wait long to use anything.

The gym itself is fine but the staff is really incompetent. Not feeling safe after yesterday’s hostage situation.

This is a great neighborhood gym. The staff is friendly, the equipment works, it is clean, and the trainers are awesome particularly if you are interested in getting a gender illusionist as your trainer.

No-frills large gym, with lots of weight training and cardio equipment. Also offers some classes. Reasonable rates, and very gay friendly.

Cancellation here seems impossible. I moved across town so this place is no longer a reasonable gym to go to and started trying to cancel over a month ago. They refused to accept cancellation in person, gave an email address, and are now refusing to accept cancellation via email, and continues to attempt to charge money well after the fact. I went here for 5+ years and the gym itself is decent, but the cancellation process is now clearly so god awful that I'd encourage my friends to find another gym in the neighborhood.

Been going to this gym since it was Gold's a few years back. Love the atmosphere and how gay friendly it is! The staff is always wonderful to work with and super helpful. Spinning class on Wednesday with Justin is so much fun! They replaced all the machines a few years back and they keep them all maintained. Highly recommend!

Most of the poor reviews here deal with the cancellation policy and the free trial. Make sure to read the fine print and ask questions during sign-up.As far as the actual gym goes, it is great. This gym sits between the "low-end" options in Seattle such as 24-Hour Fitness, and the higher-end such as Pro Club. They have every type of machine you could want, friendly staff, and they keep it clean. My complaints are: they they could be better about replacing worn out equipment, and that they should bring back towel service.

This place gets a thumbs up from me. I've been attending this gym for a few months. It's a bit pricey, but that's just the tradeoff of being in the middle of the city. For lovers of the big 4: as of now, they've got 3 flat benches, 4 squat racks, and usually 2-3 barbells around the squat racks to be used for deadlifts/cleans. You don't usually need to worry about these areas being full besides the rush hours of 7-8am and 5:30-7pm. Other than that, they've got the usual equipment you'd expect in a gym. The receptionists and trainers are all very nice and get to recognizing you rather quickly. I do wish it were open past 8, but I understand that safety/staffing is a concern there.

Decent sized gym but they do not keep up with equipment maintenance. Many machines have torn up leather. There’s also plenty of broken machines with signs suggesting maintenance is underway but they never get to the repairs. Bathrooms also have broken toilets and faucets that haven’t been replaced in over a year. They’ve reduced their hours to close at 9pm which makes the gym crowded. Little to no classes offered as well as no towels or any amenities. Only convenience is the location. I’d say with confidence that this gym is not worth the monthly fee. Also note that fire alarms go off at least once a week leading to the whole gym having to evacuate as the gym is connected to the grocery store below.

It's a decent gym and sometimes gets busy. It's in an interesting location and also has in interesting layout. Worked out here with Trevor as a personal trainer for a couple months because I was in town for work. Really good trainer and I like his style.A couple times I came here on my own I noticed it was quite busy and every now and then the front desk would have some admin/technical difficulties with my check in (kinda annoying but I'm sure it wasn't their fault). However, the other side of the gym was always nice and pretty empty. I didn't like to stick to the machines anyways.
