Been going here twice a week for over a year for sessions with Chris and have to say it has been a phenomenal experience. Very knowledgeable, he consistently has a work out that it is planned out and specific to feedback I've given about where I want to focus or where injuries mean I need to rest. If you're on the fence I highly recommend giving it a try.

Chris is an excellent trainer! He is great to work with. Chris also has a thorough understanding of human anatomy and physiology. He knows when to push and, he knows when to emphasize recovery. I highly recommend him!

My partner and I have been training with Chris for the past ten months. During that time, it's been incredible how much our confidence and strength have grown thanks to his guidance! Since we started working with Chris, the chronic pain that often plagued us as a result of working from home has all but disappeared, we have gained more energy and strength in our daily lives, our muscles have become more toned, and we have become more strength training-literate and conscious of our bodies' needs.When we first started, we had contacted the gym mainly due to the convenience of living nearby, and we didn't have any specific fitness goals in mind except for weight loss and generally getting in shape. Little did we know that we would click so well with Chris!As a trainer he's perceptive and empathetic, understanding our limits on our "on" days and "off" days, but still making sure we can push through and improve without hurting ourselves. He's optimistic and encouraging without being peppy, and for lack of a better word, is just REAL and genuine with us as clients. He's flexible and communicative when it comes to scheduling due to things coming up with our outside lives, and in turn he's honest with us about when he needs to reschedule for his own life and other clients.Chris is so much fun to train with that the hour goes by scarily fast, taking us all by surprise by the end of the session. Our sessions take place after our workdays, but even when we start a session admitting to him that it's going to be a "slow" day from us, we come out of each circuit feeling re-energized.We feel lucky to have met Chris and have him as our trainer, and look forward to celebrating more milestones and victories together!

When I started going to Chris I hadn’t worked out regularly in years. Mom funk! Chris made me feel confident, strong and excited to go to the gym again! His energy as a personal trainer makes you feel like you can do anything you put your mind to. He gives you that confidence you forgot you had. He gives you all the tools to tailor your needs. He meets you where you’re at. He pushes you. You feel strong. You feel challenged . You feel AMAZING…after each and every workout! If you put in the work you get the results! I’ve never had a trainer that keeps you on your toes and teaches you something new every single workout. Chris has completely changed my thoughts about workouts and I am so grateful to have met him.

When I met Chris, I was a busy working mother who was looking for a trainer that appreciated my want/need for our time together to be enjoyable, effective, and efficient. We’ve been working together for about a year and he’s exceeded all of my expectations. Chris is a professional who listens to your goals and helps you achieve the results you desire. I’m pretty introverted, so it helps that he also happens to be delightful conversationalist AND totally gets that some days I just want him to play my favorite music and remind me what to do next 😊

I have been working out with Chris for nearly 2 years. I bring friends, co-workers and visiting family-- and have even scheduled work outs with my kids! Chris is knowledgeable, creative and is a steadfast supporter of holistic health. He is attuned to individual needs and their fitness goals- and is always bringing new exercises forward. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

Coming back to the gym after becoming a parent is a challenge. Seattle Muscle definitely gave me a leg up, transforming what could have been a day of worry into a day of enjoyment. The owner of the gym, Chris, organized a session where parents could bring their kids. It was fun doing step-ups, planks, and push-ups with my son. Based on the feeling today, it was definitely more of a leg day!The gym has cross-fit equipment, free weights, and several workout stations. But the most important aspect for me is that the gym is kid-friendly!
