Great gym, great people, amazing atmosphere. I’ve been coming to this gym for the last year or so now and I’ve met some really cool people. The trainers and some folks who go there are always happy to provide guidance and offer advice. It truly made me feel like I’m part of a really awesome community.

I have been training at Transform 180 Training with Karo for two months. She has been a great trainer, understanding my needs, my past back and ankle issues, and designing a workout that has improved my flexibility while developing muscle tone and overall fitness without the joint pain I experienced working out in the past. She watches form closely to make sure everything is done right and ensures I'm pushing myself just enough to make progress without over exertion. She's also introduced me to tracking nutritional intake which has helped me lose weight. Really appreciate all that she's done. The owner is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. I started working out in August last year. And for someone who has never been to the gym these last 6-8 months there is no looking back. Karo has been nothing but amazing. I love the way she encourages me to bring out the best in me. She focuses on small changes and keeps challenging me to do the best. She is so patient and working with her has made me so much better and I am proud to see those improvements in me. I definitely recommend her 200% and everyone should just train with her. She is an amazing person friend and a trainer anyone would ask for:)Also a huge shoutout to Charith who personally checks for each ones well being and addresses any concerns that the clients might have.So if you are looking for a change in your physical fitness then this is the place to be 🙂

I have been training at Transform 180 Training - Belltown for around 10 months. I started personal training with Karo around the same time. Karo has been an amazing trainer for me and has helped me reach my goals in so many ways. She has helped me fix a lot of back problems I have had from working from home and also helps me with proper form. Karo is very knowledgeable when it comes to exercises and has also helped me with tips for nutrition and keeping me aligned with my goals. So far I have lost over 50 pounds since training with Karo and couldn't have done so without her. Overall I have had a great time training with Karo and would highly recommend her if you are planning on training at this location!

My initial motivation for joining Transform180 was strength training and weightlifting. I made consistent progress with Javon, improving my form and more than doubling my squat and bench press in about 7 months. His workouts covered a variety of exercises for all major muscle groups, including upper body, lower body, and core. While following a structured program, Javon also added in boxing and HIIT-style workouts occasionally, which made things fun and exciting. Javon was always mindful of any issues I had and adjusted the workout accordingly. He also provided valuable guidance on nutrition. Overall, my training experience with Javon was extremely positive. I think he's amazing and would highly recommend him!

I’ve been having personal training sessions at Transform 180 for the past few months, and I’m so happy I started going here! James J has been so attentive to my goals, and knows how to push me to the limit every week. He also gave me home workouts for the rest of the week when I’m not in a session, and keeps up weekly check-ins on my nutrition/diet goals. I feel stronger and more confident in my health and fitness every week. :)

I’ve been training with James for a few months now and it’s been a great experience so far. I look forward to our sessions since they are designed towards a certain goal that we’ve set for myself. James has been helpful and gives that needed extra push. As opposed to my attitude towards the gym before, I now enjoy the pace i’m going at and am excited about growing further. Only regret is that I didn’t start sooner :)

I started personal training with James almost 6 months ago after a couple of my friends had wonderful things to say about their training experience with him. Our sessions since have had such a positive impact on my health and fitness that I’ve convinced multiple other friends (including my partner) to also start training with James!James has taken the time to understand my individual needs and tailors the workouts accordingly, often revising things day-of to accommodate to how I’m feeling or what I want to focus on that day. James is extremely knowledgeable about how to train safely & effectively and each session I learn new techniques and exercises that I can apply to my own workouts at home.Training regularly with James has given me a renewed enthusiasm towards working out and I’ve even doubled down our sessions to get in shape for my wedding this spring. I highly recommend James for anyone who is looking to continue or kick start their fitness journey!

My husband and I have been training with James for the past few months. He’s super knowledgeable and ensures that we understand the essentials with each exercise which makes it easier to train in the gym by ourselves as well. He is encouraging and pushes us (but not too hard) and he always checks in to see how we’re doing. He’s also just a really fun person! I started personal training with James at Transform 180 several months ago and I'm so glad I did!James is an exceptional personal trainer. He is incredibly attentive and truly listens to his clients' needs and goals - at least 5 of my friends now use his personal training service and all have different needs / goals.I like to workout later in the evenings so our sessions are at the end of his day at 9pm, and yet somehow he's still attentive and ready to dynamically react to my training goals based on just how much energy I have. He is knowledgeable and takes a problem solving approach to training that is motivating and encourages progress. I highly recommend James for anyone looking for a top-notch personal trainer!
