Overpriced and they won’t let you cancel without a 30-day notice. So you’re stuck paying $44 a week for 4 weeks even after you say you’re done, even if you use it zero times after indicating you don’t want to use their facility any long.

Did the adult workout. Came on a full body day, and it was great. People are nice, and the workout was very challenging. Did a warm up, then a circuit of strength-endurance exercises. Battle rope, tire flips, dumbells, bike, rope and run. Then 15 minutes of weights. Will be back.

I have young kids that train all summer long at D-1. Instructors are great with the kids and push them to train hard. They are excited to go everyday, and I highly recommend their services. Adult class looks so much fun. Definitely not your boring workout class!

We signed our 11-year old son up a membership and he has loved it so much that he is always disappointed when we can’t make a session! The staff are great and they really keep him motivated to work hard while keep the atmosphere light. This place is a huge asset to our region for young athletes as well as the average adult looking for more in a workout than 30 minute treadmill!

My son Cameron loves this place. He looks forward to making every session that he can. He's only been going as of right now maybe 2 weeks and his confidence has already changed. We're looking forward for him to go to the next level with his athleticism. I would truly recommend this place "D1" to all of my family and friends.

My whole family goes and we all love it. The staff is incredible and the facilities are top notch. The workouts are very good. Challenging, yet fun. The staff is unbelievably supportive and knowledgeable. With all of the different workout options, based on ones personal goals, there's something for everyone. Highly recommended.

Playing collegiate sports I need to maintain a high level of training, especially during the off season in the summer. This is my second summer working out at D1 and I love it. Great trainers, great training, and awesome environment. Highly recommend if you are looking for a gym to become a member at and enhance your training.
