Man every time I go to a class, I feel motivated, have great energy afterwards and feel encouraged by the coaches! Sawyer has definitely helped me with my form, my defense and pushes me to be better every class! Haven’t met a coach so far that hasn’t been 10 out of 10, but sawyers classes are my favorite! Give this place a try, as on average, I burn 5-600 Calories per class! It’s fun, and you learn how to defend yourself in the meantime!
