I love the classes here; I've been a student for eight years and still greatly enjoy them. You can learn things very quickly the way these professional teachers teach you, and still have a ton of fun learning. My defensive reflexes are crazy fast from this. I look forward to every class and will definitely stay for a long time.

Tai chi class is amazing. I went in stressed and came out completely relaxed with a sound mind. Master Glenn is funny and amazing at correcting you and explaining things in great detail. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back again for more.
