The best place in town to train! There is no place like it - each trainer is very knowledgeable and every program is personalized to each persons needs. It is perfect for anyone - athletes, non-athletes, any age, any level. They customize it for you. I have gotten so much stronger and have had fun doing it!

I’ve had a lot of difficulty getting back into a consistent exercise routine after my knee injury. The training ground has been a significant factor in my healing and I’m so grateful to have been recommended this place. I started with the training ground nearly 1 year ago. Since then I’ve not only lost 15lbs but I’ve gotten so much stronger. I’ve never been able to do a push up (don’t get me wrong I’m a collegiate athlete but my arms have always been weak) After much work I can do many “man” push ups. I can dead lift. Do trap bar. Do all kinds of things that used to intimidate me. And I can finally see my triceps! Dayne, Ian, Nathan, Scott, and Tristan are all wonderful trainers who put form and safety over everything which I appreciate. The nutrition classes are where the real full body transformation is seen. I love getting to enjoy going to the gym and having interesting people to accompany me on my strength journey. Thank you so much training ground!

Very friendly and adequate sport center where you can play all indoor games as well as use gym equipment. The schedule accommodate all age groups. Best of all very reasonable membership fees.

I found TTG after years of trying to work through old injuries aas well as new problems caused by sitting at a computer all day. The trainers, and PT have listened and created a personalized program to address my weaknesses. After 2 months with them I am a believer!

I’ve always played sports and trained with teams but I love that Ian and Dayne created a workout specifically for me. I really feel like they listen and assessed the things that I need to improve. I’m also starting my third trimester and as a new mom to be I was nervous about working out but they have made me feel super comfortable!

The training ground is a nice gym. It's just the right size to get a personal experience. My trainer's name is Dan and he keeps me wanting to come back! Love it!!!
