I started JT Training with a goal of seeing the scale number drop. With their help and motivation I accomplished so much more. Yes I lost weight but I also gained confidence and a love of going to the gym and working out. I will forever keep recommending Jay and his amazing trainers to everybody I know.

Before starting at JT Training, I’ve always felt self-conscious and unmotivated when going to the gym. Even when I found places I liked, I’d still drag my feet at the thought of going. However, since starting at JTT, I’ve gained SO much confidence and feel bummed when I have to miss a day. I was welcomed in by strangers who have since become really good friends. I was thrilled by the results of my 8 week evaluation and can’t recommend this gym enough!

JT Training has been a life changer for me. I have not only been able to physically start finding myself again, but mentally as well. The members and trainers at JT accepted me from day one and have become like a “gym family”. I can’t thank Jay, the trainers and members of JT Training enough for what they have done for me in 28 short days!

Best gym by far. When I started the 8 week program, I could barely fit into my wedding dress. Today it zipped up easy, and I still have a month left of training before the wedding!!They have helped me lose weight for my wedding, and an added bonus, I feel STRONG. The trainers know what they are doing, truly support you in and out of the gym, and want you to be the best version of yourself. I have never left after a workout with anything other than feeling motivated and proud of myself. Check them out for sure if you are looking for support, encouragement, and a fantastic workout that is different every day 😁 Thank you again for helping me fit into my wedding dress!! My favorite part of JT is no matter age or fitness level, everyone is supported on their own individual health journey. The trainers know everyone by name and encourage you to reach your goals. There are many class times to choose from as well as at home workouts when traveling. The 30 minute workouts are efficient and I’ve had amazing results in a short time. The daily emails with encouragement, recipes, and challenges are a nice perk as well.

Joining JT Training was the perfect thing to get involved with. Jay asked me why and I told him I needed to boost my ego because it was broken…lol. Anyway, the results, for me anyway, we’re grand. I forgot I could look this good ;)….lol. I remember making the comment, “That’s all!” after Jay telling me the workouts were 30 minutes, Thank god they were only 30 minutes. The best supporting group ever. Thanks guys. See you in class!

Great environment you feel comfortable noticed important it’s friendly but don’t take it like it’s all fun and games they will take you through a killer workout. They know what’s they’re doing and what they are talking about.

I’ve had a great experience so far at JT training. 8 weeks in and started seeing results weeks ago. The trainers are great and everyone there is friendly. Fun community to be part of too.
