Great classes with amazing instructors. Clean and new facility that is not near any busy streets so no outside noises. Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great deals on packages as well!

Love the hot power fusion classes with Talita & Lizzy. Always challenging but it feels amazing afterwards. Great location, friendly staff, very clean space and the provided cold towels are great treat for after class to cool off.

Love this studio, instructors are so helpful and the studios, locker room / showers have everything you need. I have been to 4 different hot studios and this one is definitely the hottest temps so if you want to sweat, this is where to go

Thanks to Hot8Yoga for the introductory First Week Unlimited for $8, I took 4 classes during that first week in March and lost 5 lbs. The Southbay facility is nice and clean with friendly staff and encouraging yoga instructors. Parking lot is large. I am now a member and looking forward to taking classes a couple times a week.

I had been looking for a new hot yoga studio for awhile and was very pleased to come across Hot 8. They keep the studio very clean and made me feel safe with their Covid safety practices. Erica Jacobs is my favorite teacher and her classes are so fun! The staff is also very friendly and I feel welcome every time I arrive and leave.

I’ve been loving my welcome week with hot 8! Although I’ve visited a few different studios, the South Bay location is my go to: it’s close to home, the staff are super friendly, and I’ve had some amazing instructors for the sculpt classes I’ve taken. I bought a class pack so I can keep coming back!

This is a great facility. Clean, well equipped. All the amenities you would want. But the standout at this studio is the staff. Every single front desk staff person and instructor I encountered was engaging, friendly, and supportive. I really felt welcome and accepted!

I’m surprised by how much I ended up liking the sculpt class … I’m new to yoga in general and classes with Janette and Cindy are really good. They are articulate and walk you through each movement and position that is comfortable to you. Thanks ladies

Love the staff and this studio. It is super clean, wonderful locker rooms and showers. It is a great location, free parking, and most of all, have a good variety of classes to choose from. I am so happy to be there, with some of my favorite instructors!!
