Great local gym to work at. I prefer to go at 3:30 am or so. On the weekends it is better at 6 am . My hubby and enjoy coming here. Friendly staff and it is always clean.

I’m not a fan of this location at all. Weights are always racked wrong and all over the gym, staff is always talking at the desk and never out cleaning up.

I like this gym but what is with the music? I feel like I'm at Quince. Music lame af. Play some good beats and my review would've been better. Other than that gym is extremely clean, equipment in working condition.

Today we try to used massaged bed after our workout and only one bed was available. One female employee was in 1 of the only 2 available massage beds for about 30 minutes. Why do employees use the machine ? What is the point of paying the black card membership if the employees are going to hog the equipment

They never answer the phone even when they have workers at the counter not doing anythings…. Lazy!!!! I drove down when i couldn’t get someone to answer the phone only to see them just standing there. I tried to call one more time to see if they would answer since they werent busy.
