Hot 8 in El Segundo changed my life!!! I love the vibe here so loving and supportive. They take time to know uyour name and make you feel welcomed. All the instructors I've had were professional and friendly, always willing to help or tweak ur posture. I definitely recommend trying it out even just once.. fing the class or classes that resonate with you... You'll know what I mean once you experience it..

Hello, I just want to say I absolutely love Hot 8 (South Bay location), The plus is that it’s close to my house, but the studio is nice, big, clean, & organized. All the instructors are challenging, but for the most part, they’re encouraging and nice. It feels like a community here, which I love. The front desk staff are so welcoming and helpful. I absolutely would recommend Hot 8 - South Bay to my family & friends. Thank you for having me! =)

Their HPF classes are the hottest around. Facilities are clean and the staff are so nice.
