Anytime Fitness

I've found this place is always clean, and the equipment is well maintained and in good working order. Paul the owner is almost always there and shows pride of ownership. The place isn't huge, but it's big enough, open 24 hours, and usually not too busy.I especially want to call out that they provide disposable wet wipes for cleaning the equipment, which does encourage most people to clean after themselves. (Most other gyms in the area provide spray bottles and either paper towels or reusable towels).Full disclosure: I have multiple gym memberships provided as a benefit through my employer and health insurance, so I cannot comment on cost or value.

Love this place! The owner Paul takes pride in keeping the gym clean and equipment up to date. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get what they want out of a workout.

I've had an excellent experience at this gym! people are nice. good clean equipment and plenty of weights. even had dumbbells up to 145lb!!!!

Great gym. Clean environment, and dumbbells that go up to 140lbs. Shrug machine and plate loaded crunch machine is nice too. I usually use this location for my back and chest workouts.

Fantastic gym. The manager is by far the best anytime manager I have dealt with. He is always willing to go above and beyond.The facility is a gym. It's not overly fancy but the people here are friendly and they have everything you would ever need to slim down or bulk up.This all is coming from someone who has used just about every anytime fitness in metro Detroit. I'd recommend signing up here to anyone looking for a good deal and helpful staff.

I appreciate the fact that it's conveniently located by a stop light for when I try to leave. Additionally, it has some parking available, as well as a member entrance in the rear.I have not been to any other gyms but it seems to have a decent variety of equipment for it's size. My interactions with the staff have been pleasant. I have not had any negative interactions with other members; perhaps it's because we're wearing headphones but we seem to mainly keep to ourselves and I personally don't mind that at all.

Great variety of equipment with more room than other local Anytime Fitness' in the area! Staff are friendly and non-judgmental.

I went to this location for a year and I can honestly recommend that you do not go here. I finally had enough of the declining quality of this gym and just cancelled my membership and went to Planet Fitness down the street. I went to this gym every other day consistently, and can honestly say I have the most experience with this gyms quality and staff.The price is $30 per month with a contract and for the price and service it really is a bad deal.To start most of the equipment does not work and is poorly maintained. There also isn't alot of gym equipment to begin with.The tv's on the treadmills and the elliptical either don't turn on, do not receive a signal, or are plain removed from the machine. There a couple that do work but are spotty and vary day to day. On the subject of the treadmills some of them and there are very few do not incline and one one or two of the treadmills there are loose bolts and screws causing parts to shift or move when grabbed.On several occasions there are no cleaning wipes in the dispensers to clean the equipment as they are not checked to be refilled. Even this to happen once is unacceptable as people are constantly using the equipment and that is unsanitary.The female woman who works in the mornings who I believe is a manager is very rude and unprofessional. She does nothing to maintain the quality of the gym and spends most of her time posting passive aggressive signs on windows and gym equipment alienating the customers.Every other time I come in there is some sign demanding members either switch shoes to workout or risk being charged. Telling customers not to hold open doors for other members so they are forced to scan their fob key every time on entry. There were even signs saying if you failed to re-rack your weights they would watch you on video and charge your account $25! Its just not worth joining this gym as with the passive aggressive notes that change day to day from the minimal equipment that does not work and the price. Its almost like they don't want you to workout here. Save your time and money.
