The studio and instructors are great. Lots of different classes to fit your fitness level. My only issue is with class scheduling…sometimes difficult to get into classes.

Every instructor at club Pilates cares about your body ailments, correct exercise form and breathing technique. The exercises are helping me return to improved range of motion and strength post knee surgery.

Obsessed with Pilates! I’ve never felt more transformed from all the different types of workouts I’ve done over the years - strength training, yoga, hiit, probably more. I’ve been doing Pilates 2-3 times a week for 4 months at this studio and already notice such a difference in my core and pelvic floor strength, pelvic stability, and overall tone. I was 4 months Postpartum from my second child when I started and had some severe pelvic and core instability along with pelvic floor issues and those issues are GONE, without any specific pelvic floor therapy. This is the first workout routine in my life that I’ve ever looked forward to doing each time. This studio is great (and I’ve been to the west bloomfield and Troy locations a couple times as well), everyone is friendly, the place is clean, and the instructors do such a great job and have so much attention to detail on form. I mostly take classes led by Reed and Missy and they are both awesome. Highly recommend!! Thank you to the Club Pilates team for changing my life!

Pilates has been recommended to me as a good exercise by my physical therapist and doctors. I am so happy to have found this studio. Each trainer has taken the time to talk to me about my limitations and has helped modify and recommend ways to exercise. I have more confidence, stand up straighter:), am stronger, and leave the studio with a smile on my face!

This is my first time taking Pilates classes. I have been very impressed by the instructors. They provide clear instructions and individual attention as needed. Education is provided to prevent injuries. It’s a very friendly and positive environment. Scheduling is easy with the app. I highly recommend Club Pilates.

The staff at Club Pilates Beverly Hills are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and encouraging as they take a personal interest in the individual growth understanding there are different ability levels. They have accommodated me during and after my surgery for a total knee replacement and other situations beyond my control. I truly enjoy attending the sessions and working with the different trainers!
