Had very bad experience with the account manager when I came for initial inquiry. He was very unprofessional in his his demeanor and in order to save himself from additional work to give me a tour of the facility started questioning me on whether I can afford the costs. Very very unprofessional behavior.

Rude front desk employees and welcoming environment. I felt like I was treated a certain way due to my ethnicity. Ive been a member for over 16 years, and I will be cancelling after this experience. They clearly do not care about service at all.
