I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kelly during my time at LIFT. She is an incredibly talented coach with a science-based approach applied to 1-hour training that I absolutely loved. My personal training was in-person for several months, which transitioned to hybrid per my request for several more months. The communication, structure, and overall experience I had with Kelly was stellar, and I'd happily recommend her services along with LIFT to anyone looking for training.

Kelly and LIFT have been a big help to me. I generally don't write reviews, but I have to spread the word about this place and everyone involved. Before I met Kelly, I was intimidated by places like this since my normal routine would be to work out on the hamster wheel or other cardio machines in the gym. As my trainer for the past five months, Kelly has been nothing short of exceptional. Besides being dedicated to implementing a great program, she's also fun and keeps things interesting. Thanks to her, I'm now doing movements and pushing weight limits I never thought possible. Physically, I'm stronger, and I definitely see improvements in my tone and overall look, which is what I wanted. No matter what your level of fitness is, you'll gain a lot from going to LIFT. Great people, great place.

LIFT is great, whether it's group workouts or personal training. It's more than just a place to go workout but a community of like minded people who value physical fitness and personal health. They have flexible class times and modify workouts to meet you where you are. It's one of my favorite places to go.

LIFT is a special place to me. It’s not your ordinary big box style gym. The focus is on you when you’re in attendance. I live a certain lifestyle (L in LIFT) that always has me on the go. The LIFT family holds me accountable to ensure I’m staying on track and hitting the goals I have been working so hard to accomplish. I attend private sessions 5x a week. The owners Jess and David have become friends, rather than just my trainers. Everyone has a smiling face, positive energy, and we all root and push each other to hit goals. I make a 30 minute drive daily, it’s that good. Let’s not to forget to mention, the technology in the gym is state of the art and the sound system rumbles with up beat music to keep you in the vibe. I highly recommend you give it a shot, at the least to meet Jess and David.

I've been going to LIFT Training for 2 years now and I can't say enough good things about it. Initially I started there looking for a group workout class that I enjoy, but LIFT has provided so much more than that. I've had some low back pain that has limited my movements and made me tentative about certain exercises; but I've been doing personal training with David for the past several months and my back feel great. I can now do heavy deadlifts and back squats with no pain and no worry about injury and this has translated into easy mobility outside the gym. I can hop around with my pup and scramble up rocks while hiking and have no pain. I've also worked with Jess on nutrition guidance and was able to lose fat while gaining muscle and toning up all over. And the group classes I originally signed up for are terrific. Classes max out at 8 people, often less, so the coaches can work with each person for any modifications and feedback on form. Each class has a warm-up specific to that day's strength and metcon workout and a focused pre-strength training session to make sure we all have good form nailed before we start the strength section. We've got a mix of all ages at LIFT and everyone is really friendly and supportive - I really do look forward to working out with my fitfam. And my actual fam, my son and husband are members too. I can't recommend it more highly.
