I've been going to Mash for over 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My wife and kids train here as well. BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Fitness, Strength, Flexibility and Personal Training, it's truly a one stop martial arts and fitness shop. There are men & women, pro & amateur MMA fighters, BJJ artists, fitness fanatics, athletes of all kinds, confident kids, self defense practitioners and people who just want to have fun and stay in shape. There's no guilt and no shame here. There's definitely a lot of camaraderie and most people that come to Mash are serious about what they do. They come to prepared to learn and prepared to train.
