Matt is the definition of a true trainer! He’s cares about his clients & their goals. He’s not going to steer you in the wrong direction. He’s going to push you to your limit. When you think you aren’t capable of doing something, he’s going to show you that you actually are capable. I never used to workout & now I find myself wanting to workout all of the time & I have nobody to thank other than Matt! Get your life & body together & go see him!

Matt is a very good trainer. I have been going to him since 2020. I have lost 33 pounds since then through diet and exercise. As a 64 year old woman he gives me exercises that are compatible with my mobility, yet still challenges me. He always pushes me out of my comfort zone.

I’ve been attending MMA since November 2021. This has truly been one of the best fitness/health journeys I’ve been on. I say that because not only has the growth been physical but mental also. The gym is like a family and our trainer Matt definitely cares at the well-being of every client. He’s going to push you but it’s going for your good.

Matt is such a great trainer and always brings such good vibe to the workouts. He’s flexible, good prices, great hours, and good location. I love going here and I’m on my second program after a long break due to personal reasons but I’ve got no doubt he will push me through it and get me healthy again! (Oh and he plays good music) :)

I’ve been working with Matt for 4 years and he’s pushed me way further than I ever could imagine. He’s always developing new workouts, critiquing his client’s individually, and challenging our mental toughness. And in the midst of sweating off calories and being pushed to our limits, he always finds a way to make us laugh or smile. I’ve never felt more confident in my body and physically fit than I do now. And it shows, as my friends and family often compliment my physique and are astonished at how toned or “slim thick”I’ve become since training with Matt. The gym is very clean. Sanitary practices are always followed by clients and instructor. Matt shows professionalism across the board. While being self-determined is essential to any fitness journey, Matt is effective in motivating the client to succeed and reach client-specific goals. I was able to ask questions regarding diet and meal consumption and received guidance on what would work best for me. I am looking to gain weight, gain muscle, and tone. My body has already began to transform. I am currently in week 6. The clients he had prior to me joining are nice, friendly, and welcoming. The vibes and energy are all-around positive. I have no complaints and I strongly recommend reaching out to him if you're interested in personal training.

My husband and I have worked out with Matt for over 10 years. His goal for us has been to help to strengthen us and make sure we are as healthy as possible. Prior to having knee replacement surgery, Matt worked on strengthening my knees, as well as my upper body. Little did I know this would be so important to my recovery. During my after surgery therapy, my physical therapist commented on my arm strength. I can attribute that directly to the preparation provided by Matt. He is truly one of the best!!

Matt is the best. He is very passionate about his career and you can tell by the way he cares about his clients. His focus on good form while motivating you to always be your best by working hard is what I appreciate the most. Any questions you have about what you’re doing and why, he’s always happy to answer and is very knowledgeable. If you have any goals, he will tell you what it takes to get there and provide insight to set you up for success. The atmosphere is great. Everyone, including Matt, is very supportive and nice. It’s tough work, but after years of going to MMA, that tough work always feels like an accomplishment and builds my confidence. It’s not just about working out, Matt is invested in helping out with providing recommendations for diet and recovery too. Like I said before, he just wants you to be great. That is why he is the best.

Matt is a great trainer. He has been my trainer since 2020. He pushes me out of my comfort zone. This allows me to reach my goals. He is very knowledgeable on the body and can clearly explain the purpose of the exercise and what body part it should be working. He also gives guidance on nutrition and how to eat in order to reach your goals. The gym itself is a very positive, encouraging, and supportive environment. If you are looking for a trainer I highly recommend Matt! He believes all his clients can achieve their goals.
