I've been going to OTF Royal Oak Woodward since it opened in January 2022. The staff and coaches have been nothing but friendly and helpful. They push you to do your best and are amazing at correcting form. The facility is always clean! If you are considering taking a class here, then here is your sign to do it!

I've been going to OTF workouts for 3+ years now and it never gets old!! Every workout you leave feeling accomplished! I started going to this new studio when it opened in January. The staff is very friendly and the studio is always clean. It's also really easy to schedule and get into the classes! I love everything about OTF!

This has been my home gym (and first OTF experience) since opening in the end of January of this year! I am very glad I joined and find myself looking forward to working out 5 days a week! The entire staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming and the workouts fly by! I’ve visited other locations, but this is definitely my home OTF!
