Kevin is trying to make CrossFit that gives back to the community, and I am on board with that. I can't wait to see what else the Public Gym does. Keep it up!

This is a great gym with dedicated coaches. The programs keep the challenge high but make sure that athletes of all levels can excel in the sportof Crossfit. TPG is not an environment of intimidation but a supportive community of members and coaches committed to helping people improve and achieve their goals. Stop in for a class, these guys will help you want to come back

The Public Gym is awesome. Caleb and Kevin have introduced me to whole new world that I wasn’t too sure about. Being a smaller community focused gym you get more 1:1 attention and smaller groups. For anyone on the fence about CrossFit and worried it is too much for them, it’s not. I’m in my 50’s overweight, out of shape, uncoordinated and thought them same thing. I’m three weeks in and loving it. The exercises are tailored to your ability but still intense enough to be effective. Caleb is very good with teaching you safe techniques, explaining the workouts, and challenging you all while being supportive. I encourage anyone to try it out.
