DO NOT GO to the Anytime Fitness at Wingfield Hills in Sparks across the street from Raley's. The new manager Matt is nothing but a bully, he is rude and has no people skills. He is very good at taking your money and signing you up, but can't be bothered if there is any issue with your membership. Several times we have had issues with out customer account caused by their system or the transfer from one owner to another and we were treated very poorly when we asked Matt for help.Beyond the manager the facility doesn't provide good lighting or even hot water to the sinks in the bathrooms to wash you hands . You can barely see in the shower or bathrooms and the excuse given is "that's the largest bulb allowed" ... by who management? There is no way the light levels in the bathrooms meet any workplace standards, The moist paper towels the customers are supposed to wipe down the machines with were replaced with dry towels and a mystery fluid in a spray bottle. It could be water , alcohol or some other clear cleaning liquid, there are not labels or MSDS sheet available to allow the customers to know if it is safe to use, what it is or if they might be allergic to the product. Later we realized it may not be much of anything because they (the employees including the manager ) were chasing each other around the place squirting each other with the spray..This still doesn't relieve them of any OSHA duties to label all chemicals in the workplace.We recommend you find a different gym. This is the most expensive one in the area , has the least and oldest equipment, no free classes and isn't run professionally. The only reason for 1 star is because 0 is not an option here.

Great gym! Matt, the manager is very friendly. The trainers are amazing and effective. Would recommend to anyone looking for a small, low key but well equipped gym.

Clean and quiet. Well managed. Only spoken to a few other members but, everyone so far has been friendly and courteous.
