Ashley has been my trainer for over 7 years now and wherever she goes, I go. I met Ashley at the Olympic club in San Francisco where I am a member. She helped me with my post college rugby and football career injuries. Without Ashley, I wouldn’t have been able to get my body back to where it needed to be. Her extensive knowledge of kinesiology and her overall care for one as client has made her, in my opinion, the best trainer on the west coast.

I started working with Ashley as my personal trainer years ago and she’s helped me tremendously. The biggest difference between Ashley and other trainers is she takes more of a health and physical therapy type approach to her workouts. Every workout has mobility, core, flexibility and strength. She has a solid knowledge of the human body & knows how to solve for injuries and most importantly how to prevent injury. I went from doing body strength only exercises to 100lbs deadlifts with Ashley. She also supported me through my weight loss efforts and helped me lose 35 lbs and gain muscle mass. I would highly recommend working with Ashley! She is great at what she does and really cares about her clients and is invested in each of our success!

I’ve been working with Ashley for 3 years and will be forever grateful for her support, guidance and motivation to help me reach my goals. She creates flexible programs that adjust to my schedule whether it’s around the gym equipment, travel schedule, etc. She takes time to explain why she is prescribing a specific program and really cares about my success. Ashley is a top class instructor. She does a nice job mixing up the workouts, and keeps a nice balance of pushing you to work hard but not being over pushy to cause me to stop! She's very flexible, tailors the workouts to my needs and provides great value for money.
