Im a 72 yr old great grandma of 3 and a grandma of 9. i didnt think i would be able to do this but ive been proven wrong.The coaches are Absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I'm so Grateful to call Regulus Fit HOME!!!!!!!!

I joined almost 2 weeks ago This is awesome! Matt and Miles are sooo knowledgeable and encouraging. I did not think it would be a fit for me at my age however I Love it! I'm addicted and have been doing things I have not done in years! Thank you Regulus!!!

Regulus FIT is the best gym we've ever been a part of. Great for all ages and incredible support. The coaches are first class and practice what they teach. Highly recommend Regulus FIT!

Great cross-fit gym or gym period. My wife and I have only been into crossfit for < 2 years, and Regulus is for anyone, at any level. Young and old, you feel welcome and if you aren't ready for advanced movements, no problem the coaches always have a scaled down option for you. Friendly family atmosphere.
