3 stars because you are forced to upgrade membership in order to use wifi service. Nothing worse than being forced to pay for a common amenity. As tanning and end zone are amenities that one might be expected to pay extra for, wifi on the contrary is a common utility offered by most places of business free of charge. It is just unhostpitable to close wifi to paying members of any kind.

For what it is, it is very good! do I think it is too small, yes! do I think it is cramped and crowded after 3:30 pm, yes! Is there a pool, no! Racquet Club, no! basketball court, no!
