It was fun. Loved the trainer and loved the class. Didn't even realize I was working out. Sore the next day though. So I did something.

Jenny's yoga class is the best! She creates such a calming and peaceful environment. I look forward to each class.I have throughly enjoyed this studio's variety of classes. I also love that they are a body postive studio and I don't feel self conscious as a plus size woman working out here. The instructors Val and Heidi and owner Lori are so encouraging and the community is so positive!

SoulBarre has made a huge impact for me!! Not only do I absolutely love going to the classes & feel so much better after….. But a year ago (when aging into my 40’s) I picked up the sport of “skiing” with my two younger daughters and my experienced skier husband. Last ski season (“pre-barre”) I not only had no ski skills- but I had no energy or strength to push myself to learn anything new. My body was exhausted after an hour of trying to get down the mountain. Then, this year (post 3 months of barre)—-it’s been like night and day!!!! My strength and energy did not get in the way of me learning new ski skills & techniques!!! It’s 100% because of SoulBarre- that I can get down the mountain with strong muscles, & better ski skills, & not being fatigued like I used to be. Having an incredible atmosphere & fun workout environment makes it a win win!!

Great instructors, great atmosphere. I like that they set up your mat and equipment if you've registered for class. It's a great service!

I LOVE SoulBarre. The people, the vibe. Working out and creating habits can be hard, but Lori has created a space where you WANT to show up, for YOURSELF and those around you.

I joined SoulBarre at a low point in my life. I'd been suffering from a brain tumor causing vision disturbances, migraines, and hormone surges resulting in most days being spent on the couch with nausea. I couldn't work out anymore, at least not the way I used to. I LOVED high intensity interval training and didn't know what else I could do with my issues that wouldn't feel like it was too easy and wouldn't make me feel like I was going to pass out. Soulbarre was all of that and SO much more. From the second I walked in for my free week, every instructor was so sweet and funny. Moves are HARD but in a way that you can start off slowly if you need (no one looked at me funny for only being able to do a little at first) and build up. I am always sore, but in a way that is so good because I keep getting stronger and keep pushing harder so that I never plateau. The energy at this studio is amazing. So many women (and men) and not one rude or judgmental person. We are all struggling together and it's tough but rewarding. Not only have I begun to get my old body back, but my most recent MRI showed my tumor is smaller by 50% without any kind of chemo or radiation. Of course I can't say Soulbarre is the reason for that, but I CAN say that since beginning about 6 months ago, my energy is way up, couch days are rare, headaches are fewer, and I just feel so good knowing I accomplish these challenging workouts for ME. If you're on the fence, do it for YOU. Give it a few weeks and I promise you'll be hooked. LOVE THIS PLACE.

It was an awesome first experience. I felt so welcomed and the environment was lovely, along with the instructor Lori. The workout was challenging while also accommodating which makes it great for a new mom getting back to working out!
