Lori is a fabulous instructor and I love the atmosphere of the class. It's so great to be able to bring my baby and the studio is just lovely, I can't wait to take more classes at SoulBarre!

The studio community was so welcoming. It was my first time and another client helped me find my spot while the instructor was giving another new client tour which was so nice. The studio has a welcoming vibe and the instructor (Heidi) was incredible- so fun with great musicality.

Are you uncoordinated? Never took a dance lesson in your life? Not happy with your body shape and size? Worried other people will judge you for for being 40 pounds overweight even though you had a baby last year and that the classes will be full of dancer body types and that you will stick out like a sore thumb? Then this is the place for you! I have been attending for about a month and have felt very welcomed. No one side eyes you because of your weight. No one laughs if you get off beat. The instructor doesn't yell at you if you can't figure out a move and look like one of those blow up wacky arm waving inflatable things. Every class has a whole array of people in different stages of fitness. The instructors give great modifications if you are a beginner all the way up to advanced. Plus the workouts actually work in helping you tone and strengthen. It is a great studio to join with great people and an encouraging atmosphere! Highly recommend!

I love these classes!! None of the exercises are too intense which I like but the next day I am so sore which I love because it means progress! Christie is so upbeat and fun, I’m really happy I signed up!

I had an amazing stretch at Sarah's yoga stretch class. The studio is warm and inviting, everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel like the 'new weird girl' Lori was welcoming also! I will be back to try Barre 😍 …

I went to Jenny's candlelight yoga stretch tonight and am SO happy that I did! My body felt incredible after this practice. The ambiance was perfect and Jenny is so knowledgeable. Thank you for letting me feel the best that I have in a long time!

I absolutely LOVE barre! Most other workouts are a chore, but barre always ends too quickly. I love the mental challenge aspect involved in barre. You can make your workout as easy or hard as you push yourself. Barre and Soul Studio is great! Love the new studio! All the instructors are great and make an effort to get to know everyone. Barre and Soul studio always has a positive vibe. Love the stretch classes as well. Barre and Soul Studio has the most affordable class options in town and now provides childcare with some classes. This makes barre accessible to a wider community.I was struggling with some numbness in my arms and down my legs this past year. Chiropractor visits helped a lot, but not fully. I ended up getting a referral from my doctor to a physical therapist. The physical therapist showed me a lot of exercises and stretches to build strength as well as increase mobility mostly along segments of my spine. This was effective with chiropractor visits. However, I was blown away because we do most of these workouts and stretches at Barre and Soul studio! It was hard to add this exercise/stretch routine my PT showed me to all the other list of items I have to do every day and stay consistent. This is when I decided to be more intentional about being consistent with barre. I realized I can sustain these exercises/stretches if I block out a few times a week for barre! Right around this time Lori came up with some other class package options making it more affordable and something I can keep up. As I returned to barre after the numbness I expirenced, I noticed a lot more mobility in my spine, less pain and more strength to lift my daughter which doesn’t take a toll on my back and arms as much anymore. The workouts are always gentle on my joints, yet very effective. I would attend class every day if I could, but it’s not something I can do right now. I love this place and I always recommend barre to everyone! My loved ones might be tired of hearing about barre hehe;)

Hands down best Barre studio!! I have been going for a little over 2 years and still feel the work out every time. The instructors are knowledgeable and have great energy and the new studio is amazing! Plus it great to support a locally owned business with a female owner. Do yourself a favor and come to a class.
