I love the engagement with the members from staff and how welcoming everybody is. However, I do want to discuss a concern I have had for a while. I drop my kid off in Child watch but there is a male staff member that is always on their phone. I have came numerous times and every time I drop off or pick up he is always on his phone. I have even noticed he holds my child while actively on snapchat. I hope this issue can be resolved since I do adore coming to the Y as it helps me and my wife get child care and have access to the facilities but wish they took more serious precautions with staff members on their phone 24/7. I do not feel comfortable bringing my child to a place that doesn’t place my child’s safety above their own electronics. This is why I respect the YAC more due to how they interact with my child vs how child watch does.

Just cancelled my membership due to the new increased rates.Pros:- Great location- Well-maintained and friendly atmosphereCons:- Expensive - new rate is nearly 2.5x the cost of my other gym- Not designed for lifting - dozens of cardio machines but only a small lifting area with low ceilings

Love the gym, my kids like this location better then the other once. I love the designated area for stretching or having an ab workout. The front desk is always helpful, always nice. Basketball area is almost always open compared to other areas, example Northside always have something going on therfore kids who love to play need to know the schedule.Had one issue where the front desk didn't allow my son to come get me from upstairs, so he had to wait along time, yet I seen kids come upstairs to get there parents, otherwise no kids running around distracting of course. In all the gym is great when u go there with kids 10 years and up they can workout with or play have a designated area to do homework or play games, as well as pool.

You guys charge $60 a month for one gym membership but can’t get air conditioning in your gyms? Not only is this dangerous but as a member it makes me wonder where all that money goes. The only thing you guys seem to update (here and there) is workout equipment. Safety and comfort of your members should be your number one priority. Bottom line

Booked my kiddos 1st birthday here. When I booked it the gentleman didn’t inform us everyone needed to bring ID’s. We were finally informed when we arrived there. Most of us had ours, except one out of town guest. They had just renewed their ID and only had the temporary paper one. They refused to take it and let them in. So they drove an hour up there to be sent away. Not impressed in the slightest!!!

New staff and policy began in January. They changed the hours of daycare without notice or apology. Then the special staff at the front said did you check the app. About 4 times. No. When I renewed in February did you tell me? We don't have to tell you, its on the app. They said.....I said screw your app and her snow flake heart got offended. Said you won't talk to us like that. Like they know anything about communication.
