Very modern Pilates studio with every apparatus and or equipment possible. They also teach (I feel) a very modern version of Pilates using much of the pelvic tilt as a core of its philosophy. Liked it a lot for a Sunday morning

Having never done pilates before and feeling a bit outside my comfort zone, Dana and the pilates instructors were very welcoming and guided me through every class. I found that this is something I can do to improve my flexibility, balance and strength. Simple and targeted stretching techniques using their equipment is especially helpful. I highly recommend doing one or two private sessions with Dana to learn the proper techniques before signing up for regular classes.

Dana is awesome and the studio is fantastic. If you’re going anywhere else for Pilates, you’re wasting your time, energy, and money.

This Pilates studio is wonderful. They work with you at your level...out of shape, injuries, etc. Well-trained instructors who care about their students.

So glad that I stumbled upon this studio while out for a walk a few weeks ago! Dana welcomed me right into the studio and talked to me about the variety of classes they have as well as the different equipment in the studio. I've enjoyed starting private classes - it is super hard work but I love the burn! If you've ever wanted to do pilates on a reformer, this is your place!

So thankful I found this studio! All of the instructors are amazing and knowledgeable! The studio is extremely clean and well-managed and all of the people that attend classes have been amazing and supportive. I’ve been going 5 or 6 days a week for four months and I’m seeing a really encouraging trend with my chronic back pain and sciatica. Highly recommend!
