Forward Fitness has been an amazing find for me. They are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I am continually impressed with their coaching. I have a spondylitis that has affected my movement. Working with them at Forward has given me a new positive outlook. I am stronger and feel better than I have in years. I completely recommend this program for anyone at any fitness level.

I have been going to Forward for a year and a half, it was the first thing I joined after moving to Spokane from Seattle near the end of 2021. I have been a very active person my whole life and a member at various gyms, studios, etc. but found the most accountability in my early thirties by going to a bootcamp style class/personal training gym in Seattle so I looked for something similar near my new home in Spokane and stumbled across Forward. Forward is FAR superior to that gym (and mind you, I was happy there), in class model, coach knowledge, equipment, and more. I have learned so much technical skill while gaining strength. I genuinely look forward to going to the gym almost every day. It also gave me a community in a new city where I knew next to no one. Not only are the coaches great, but members are also friendly and encouraging. I now have lifelong friends both inside of the gym and out.

The coaches at Forward Fitness are amazing! I contacted them a few months ago to see if they could help my 17 year old daughter build strength after a shoulder surgery. Both Jen and Daniel have demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill to help her safely get strong again. After her experience with personal training at Forward, my husband and I both joined and are loving the classes, coaches and people in the classes.

I have been going to Forward since September 15, 2022. I love it! The group classes are fun and energetic. The coaches are super knowledgeable and care about the folks they help. The other gym members are kind and welcoming. What sets Forward apart from other gyms is the training is so accessible. It is simple without being boring. It will push you, but not injure you. Check them out. You will be glad you did.

I joined Forward back in September looking to improve my physical health, strength and stamina. The coaches at this gym are helping me do that. They have met me at my level, they are knowledgeable, approachable, engaging and encouraging. The classes are varied and challenging. I always leave in a better mood. Through the classes and personal coaching sessions I am learning to do things I never thought I could.

Before coming to Forward I was scared of going to the gym because I would be starting from ground zero and was worried I would look weak. But once I got to Forward it was the most welcoming and fulfilling experience I could have asked for. I felt safe and encouraged. The coaches are absolutely the most positive and helpful people. This place actually makes working out fun, and I quickly learned how much I enjoyed it. Within a few short weeks I could already see and feel my improvement. I now look forward to my workouts at Forward!

In all my years of trying to lose weight it wasn't until I came to Forward that I finally realized fitness is a lifestyle and not a short-term fix. It clicked that wasnt there to lose weight anymore, I was there to become and maintain a better, stronger, healthier me. My concept of fitness evolved and with help from certified, knowledgeable, and caring coaches I fell in love with the process. I’ve also met so many wonderful members along the way who have been nothing but supportive, encouraging, and uplifting. I wholeheartedly recommend Forward and all that it stands for.

I absolutely love this gym. The coaches are all fantastic and the community of members are wonderful as well. I knew next to nothing about weight lifting before I started and the coaches took the time/continue to take the time to make sure I have proper form even though it is a group class setting. The work outs vary so I’m never bored. Highly highly recommend.
