I've been working out here since April of this year. I recently got a new trainer, Ben, and I have seen a lot of significant physical improvement in the last 4ish weeks that I've been working with him. He has been really great to work out with because he keeps pushing me past my limits, and it has been working for me. Ben also keeps tabs on what I add to my app when it comes to food intake. It really holds me accountable when I see that he messages me on the app about logging everything I need to for the day.Overall, I'm really happy with the progress that I've made, and Ben has been incredibly helpful when it comes to driving me to my goals.

Muv is great! I had the most incredible training session with their top trainer, Chad Barker. Challenged me in ways most trainers can't and supported my fitness goals. HUGE HELP! LIFE CHANGING!I would recommend Mr. Barker to anyone who wants to seriously train and make gains.

I've been going to move for just over a month and it has been a great environment. I haven't had a bad experience. I've had a couple of sessions with one of their trainers, Junior, and he has been very caring and takes his job very seriously, always checking up on free time and great advice.

Every social place of business I step into, the first thing I look for is someone greeting me. I think it’s personally the most important part of working at the front doors of any business. “Making your costumers feel appreciated,” is the most important job for any business. I am happy to say that I feel very appreciated every time I walk in and Kiersten is there to greet me with a big smile and a happy attitude, most importantly when I leave shes right there again to wish me a good night! So I’d like to say thank you Kiersten for your positive energy!!!

I have been a member of Muv Fitness for over two years, but due to travel obligations, I was unable to visit the gym and cancel my membership in person. Despite my efforts to contact the South Hill Branch at least four times, they failed to respond or return my calls. I was frustrated and decided to contact the North Branch instead.I had the opportunity to speak with the North Branch General Manager, Travis. From our first conversation, Travis displayed a high level of professionalism and empathy toward my situation. He was proactive and provided the necessary support to resolve my issue. Travis exemplifies exceptional communication skills and displays a reasonable approach to problem-solving. Thanks to his assistance, I am inclined to return to Muv Fitness and continue my workouts there.It is crucial for businesses to maintain long-term customer satisfaction in order to thrive, and Travis's outstanding customer service is a testament to this. I am grateful for his help and I will gladly recommend Muv Fitness to my friends. Once I am settled again, I look forward to returning to Muv Fitness for my workouts. I would rate Travis at the Northside location with 5 stars for his exceptional service, whereas the South Hill leaders deserve 0 stars for their lack of responsiveness and empathy.

ZERO STARS!!! I got a membership through my work. The gym itself was fine, but the management has been terrible throughout my experience. My wife started doing personal training with the gym. After finding a trainer, her trainer quit and never told her, so my wife waited for a month to schedule before finding out the trainer quit. Then she worked with a new trainer who was supposedly a higher status, but a couple months later he quit too and nobody told me wife. Then we moved to the location up north and connected with a new trainer that cost more money because again he was "better". Yet again this trainer quit and left my wife to find a new trainer. The final trainer was rude and demeaning to my wife. We finally decided to just leave the gym and eat the cost we already paid for personal training because how much they sucked. Then the icing on the cake is that the person who cancelled my membership didn't finish and I have been getting charged for 6 months because they couldn't do their job right. Absolutely atrocious management!

I worked with my trainer for almost a year...I accomplished my weight goal and the minute I stopped buying more personal sessions Gage dropped me like a piece of garbage. No good job on everything you've done...I sent him a really nice message thanking him for all his help. No response he just ghosted me! Apparently I only mattered to him when I was buying sessions. I was so icked out I left 14 sessions on the table. This is the very first time I have ever worked out at a gym or a trainer and the whole ending left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Also, they can't seem to keep Zumba instructors...just as soon as I would get the routines down the instructor would leave and I had to start over again. Lastly I tried to cancel my membership and they made it near impossible. It took me 4 attempts to do it. Not impressed with how things ended. I will be finding other avenues to my personal fitness.

I just moved out here and joined this gym and it was the best thing I could’ve done. I’ve been working with Nash and he is an awesome trainer. I always have fun working out with him. He pushes me harder than I think I can go and is super motivating and knowledgeable :-) the gym is clean, friendly, and has an overall great atmosphere.

I'm very glad I chose this gym. It has all the amenities, the community is so supportive, the trainers are awesome, I can't say enough good things. Alex and I have been working together for about a month now and I'm already loving my results!
