The workouts are always challenging yet oddly fun and I’m always finding myself smiling and dancing around to the music in between sets. This is the best workout I’ve experienced since no longer playing soccer and I’ve gotten amazing results from it!

I am 65 and Not a gym rat. The workouts are planned for me and monitored by a coach to encourage me and check for form and to insure maximum benefit and safety. It is easy to adjust each exercise to meet my fitness level.

I get a full body workout that never ceases to kick my butt. I love having friendly coaches who encourage everyone to be their best and celebrate victories (which I've had a lot of personal bests and victories within the past 6 weeks). OTF has a positive vibe and uplifting atmosphere where everyone encourages and high fives their neighbors. I also appreciate the staff being helpful for alternate workout options if you have injuries. I've struggled with shin splints since I started running again and the coaches have taken the time to explain modifications that I can do during workouts as well as give me stretches and exercises I can do at home to help. I'm in love with OTF!

Erick's (the trainer) energy and direction made the workout enjoyable and easy to pick up for my first time. The group atmosphere also improves the overall workout experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone hoping to get an aerobic workout in among friendly trainers and trainees alike.

I travel for work so I see different Orangetheory studios nationwide. This is one of my favorites. Darrin leads a high energy, fun workout that leaves you feeling very accomplished. He remembers client’s names, and was continuously giving personal motivation throughout the 60 minute workout.
