Not your mom's spin class! FUN! Loud dance music! HOT to make you sweat! Lights off and cool motivational effects. The instructor was awesome. Well-prepared to keep it simple. Not focused on over-complicated 'cycling' techniques. Just follow along, push yourself, and burn some calories. I haven't been to a spin class in a long time, and I didn't feel out of place for once second.
