Donnie is an awesome personal trainer! If you are looking for someone in Spokane to help you make a healthy lifestyle change, have fun working out, build muscle, and/or lose weight - he's your guy!Since starting with Donnie, I've been redefining my relationship with health and fitness & he has played a huge role in that. I've always played sports at a high-level since elementary, and became entirely burned out after playing varsity basketball all four years of high school & travel ball. After graduating, I hated playing and refused to go to the gym since I no longer "required" to go.Since 2011, I've had my short spurts of working out, but nothing stuck because I still despised working out. It wasn't fun.About 3 months ago, I was the heaviest I've ever been at 165 pounds (was consistently 130 pounds prior). That's when I contacted Donnie with my goal of dropping to 145 & overall just wanting to feel better. Fast forward to now: my association with fitness has become immensely more positive (joined a gym to play basketball, am learning to breakdance, look forward to group fitness classes, and am generally more active on a day-to-day basis), my strength has increased & gained muscle, I have a better idea of nutrition goals, and have lost about 5 pounds.I'm looking forward to seeing my results by the end of 2021 & am motivated to make these changes a new lifestyle, while continuing to have fun learning new fitness styles and physical activities!
