I’ve been going here since 2019 and it’s usually not over crowded and is a good environment for achieving health goals. Staff is excellent and it’s always clean.

WARNING. Scam of a place Anytime Fitness is. Been battling with them since covid dropped and they stopped letting people in but kept charging them unless you made a sink about it. Finally get done with the contract. They keep charging. Finally go to the location after moving a good bit away to end the membership in person and they are STILL FREAKING CHARGING ME AFTER SIGNING PAPERS TO END. I will never suggest any location with this name. They are very content with stealing your money.

They do a good job keeping the place clean. You can come here any time. Very convenient.

1.I have been a member of this gym for a few months now, and have been bringing my wife with me as my guest for the last month or so. I received a text message from someone at the gym stating that due to covid, guests are no longer aloud, but that she could purchase a membership to still go with me.2.I originally signed up at a different location and was told I would have access to any other Anytime Fitness location after 30 days of being a member. I was told that if I went to a different location more than my original “home gym”, that the gym i visit the most would become my new “home gym”. They told me that if that happened I would still just have to pay the price of the original gym I signed with. I received an email stating that my price was being raised from $29 to $40, and that if I didn’t accept it I would be kicked out both springdale locations. How does any of this make sense. If it weren’t for these issues I’ve had within the last 12 hours, I would have no issues with this gym.Update: although I appreciate a response, my main concern was not addressed. In the policies of anytime fitness, I was allowed to bring a guest. If Anytime Fitness needed to change that policy they should, but shouldn't have blamed it on a sickness thats affected many. That isn’t very good customer service.

Michael Beard (the owner) keeps the place in pretty solid working condition. Perks of an AF membership include access all over the country, 24 hours a day.4 racks for squats/bench so always one open. The only downside to this gym is that the 45 lb plates are not regulation height, so floor pulls feel awkward. No bumper plates or lifting platform, but AF isn't a power lifting brand, so it's expected.Been a member here for years. Will most likely stay a member for years more.

Do not sign up for a membership! I signed up for both personal training and a gym membership. I had to relocate to Texas for work, and they immediately cancelled my personal training sessions. They allowed the membership to keep charging me, so I called to cancel with proof that I was relocated outside of any gym which was stated in my contract. They wanted me to clear any unpaid fees and late charges before canceling my account which should have been cancelled when they canceled my personal training. They still haven't cancelled my gym membership and it's now in collections. Shady owner!

Have been coming for just over a month. Facility is clean and equipment seems to be in good condition. Gym is not overly crowded, which I like - I have never had to wait for a machine. Owner seems to be on hand most early evenings if you have an issue, and has been very friendly and helpful. Restrooms (at least the women's!) are clean. Users seem to be respectful of each other - putting away equipment and wiping down after use. Would recommend!

Excellent gym. There's NEW ownership now too (03/20/18). They're the hands-on type (unlike the last owner) and making it even better. It's not really crowded either. I very seldom have to wait for a machine. If you're on the east side of Springdale this gym is most definitely worth it...If you really want to work out, that is.

This gym is good in terms of equipment. I just found out that the gym had been overcharging. One month I was charged three different times. If you are already a member, check for any of this. I moved shortly after signing the contract and there was no way out of it. I would not recommend this place, only because of the crooked management.
